Pages
Page layouts can be completely customized in the Site Editor using templates. You can use theme page templates, edit them and create new templates in the Site Editor
Predefined page templates:
- Pages – default page template;
- Decorates page – additional page template;
- Page Content Only – template for page without header, footer and menu;
- Page 404 – template for page not found error;
- Search Results – template for search results;
To select a template for a page:
- Open the page in the page editor;
- Click on the Settings icon in the top right;
- Go to the Page tab;
- Select template on the right sidebar
To edit page template:
- Open WordPress Admin Dashboard;
- Go to Appearance → Editor;
- Go to Templates;
- Select template and click on “Edit” icon on template preview.
